1. Summary
We do not collect any personal data. The Wrong Formula is a fully offline iOS app. It never contacts a server, never uses analytics, never displays advertising, never requires an account, and never accesses your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or health data.
2. What Data Is Stored
The app stores the following on your device only, using Apple's UserDefaults API:
- Your progress (which levels you have completed).
- Your point balance (earned by completing levels and achievements).
- Your cosmetic choices (skin, background, death effect, unlocked items).
- Your language preference (Chinese / English) and font size preference.
- One-time flags such as "you have seen the tutorial once".
This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.
3. Data Sharing
Because we do not collect data, there is nothing to share with third parties. We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose any information to any party.
4. Third-Party Services
The Wrong Formula uses no third-party SDKs, no analytics libraries, no advertising networks, no crash reporters, no push notification services. The app depends only on Apple's built-in frameworks (SwiftUI, SpriteKit, UIKit).
5. Children's Privacy
The Wrong Formula is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because we collect no data, we are compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar laws worldwide by design.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / PIPL)
Because we do not collect data, most rights under GDPR, CCPA, PIPL and similar laws are automatically satisfied. If you want to erase all app data:
- Open the app → Settings → Reset Progress.
- Or delete the app from your device.
Either action irreversibly wipes all locally-stored data. There is no cloud backup on our side.
7. Data Security
Because we do not transmit data, there is no risk of interception. All data is protected by iOS's on-device sandbox and by Apple's system encryption (Data Protection). If your device is passcode-protected, so is your app data.
8. Changes to This Policy
If our policy changes, we will update this document and the Last updated date at the top. Because the app is offline, changes to this policy do not affect stored data.

这些数据永远不会离开你的设备。我们看不到,任何其他人也看不到。

由于我们不收集数据,没有任何东西可以与第三方共享。我们不出售、不转让、不以任何方式披露任何信息给任何一方。
4. 第三方服务
本应用不使用任何第三方 SDK、不使用分析库、不使用广告网络、不使用崩溃报告、不使用推送通知服务。仅依赖 Apple 内置的框架(SwiftUI、SpriteKit、UIKit)。
5. 儿童隐私
本应用分级为 4+,对所有年龄段都安全。由于我们不收集数据,天然符合 COPPA(儿童在线隐私保护法)以及全球其他类似法律。
6. 你的权利(GDPR / CCPA / 个人信息保护法)
由于我们不收集数据,GDPR、CCPA、《个人信息保护法》等法律赋予的绝大多数权利自动满足。如果你希望擦除所有应用数据:
- 打开应用 → 设置 → 重置进度。
- 或从你的设备上删除应用。
以上任一操作都会不可逆地清空所有本地存储的数据。我们侧不存在云备份。
7. 数据安全
由于我们不传输数据,不存在被拦截的风险。所有数据都由 iOS 的设备沙盒和 Apple 的系统加密(数据保护)保护。如果你的设备有开机密码,你的应用数据也就受保护。
8. 本政策的变更
如政策变更,我们会更新本文档以及顶部的"Last updated"日期。由于应用离线运行,政策变更不影响已存储的数据。
