1. Acceptance
By downloading or using The Wrong Formula (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps. 3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or lease the App.
- Use the App to build a competing product.
- Remove copyright or attribution notices from any part of the App.
4. User-Created Content
The App includes a Workshop mode where you can create and save your own physics formulas and sandbox setups. Any such content:
- Belongs entirely to you.
- Is stored only on your device (we cannot see it).
- May be shared with others by exporting a share code (a short text string). Sharing is your choice; we facilitate it but do not host or moderate shared codes.
You are responsible for any content you create and share.
5. Educational Use
The App is designed for educational purposes. Formulas, physics simulations, and hints presented in the App reflect classical physics as commonly taught. They should not be treated as authoritative for professional, scientific, or engineering work.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The App will run on every iOS version or device.
- The scientific accuracy of every hint is beyond dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability, if any, is capped at the amount you paid for the App (which, if you obtained it free, is zero).
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue distribution of the App at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law (Regional)
- If you are a resident of the United States, Canada, or Mexico, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state, province, or territory of your primary residence. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the small claims court or the competent civil court of that jurisdiction.
- If you are a resident of any other country or region, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute to the competent courts of Shanghai, China.
- Regardless of location, any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by your local jurisdiction remain unaffected by these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. 使用限制

4. 用户生成内容
本应用包含创意工坊模式,你可以在其中创建并保存自己的物理公式和沙盒设置。此类内容:
- 完全归你所有。
- 仅存储在你的设备上(我们看不到)。
- 你可以通过导出分享代码(一个短文本字符串)与他人分享。分享是你的选择;我们只提供分享工具,不托管或审核分享代码。
你对自己创建和分享的内容负责。
5. 教育用途
本应用面向教育目的设计。应用中呈现的公式、物理模拟和提示反映通常教学中的经典物理。这些内容不应被视为专业、科学或工程工作的权威依据。
6. 无担保
本应用按"现状"提供,不作任何明示或暗示的担保。我们不保证:
- 应用无错误或不中断。
- 应用在每一个 iOS 版本或设备上均可运行。
- 每条提示的科学准确性都无可争议。
在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不承担任何形式的担保,包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权担保。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内,对因使用本应用产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊、继发或惩罚性损害,我们概不承担责任。我们的总责任(如有)以你为本应用支付的金额为限(若你免费获得则为零)。
8. 终止
你可以随时通过从设备上删除应用停止使用。我们也可以随时无需通知停止分发本应用。
9. 适用法律(分岗)
- 若你是美国、加拿大或墨西哥居民,本条款适用你主要居住地所在州、省或地区的法律。因本条款引起的任何争议应在该司法管辖区的小额法庭或有管辖权的民事法院解决。
- 若你是其他国家/地区居民,本条款适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。争议应先通过友好协商解决;协商不成时,任一方均可将争议提交至中国上海市有管辖权的法院。
- 无论所在地区,你所在司法管辖区赋予的强制性消费者权利不受本条款影响。
10. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款。你在条款更新后继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
